You will be expected to efficiently track the project portfolio, produce regular dashboard reports, maintain the PMO RAID log and enforce department KPIs.

This role is fully responsible for managing the project management professionals within the team. To ensure the team’s success and effectiveness, suitable best practices should be introduced and maintained, and members should be developed accordingly to ensure that their skills are appropriate to the designated tasks. This person is effectively a senior project manager who could deliver complex projects, but is able to coach and steer team members to do the same.
