Junior Product Manager (Cloud)

Description: 

This role will seek to maximise the return on investment for NTT Europe’s product and service offerings in its Managed Hosting Business by supporting the products and services strategy with the creation of new products and services and the maintenance of existing ones throughout the entire product lifecycle.

The Product Manager Europe will manage the product creation and lifecycle process leading technical architects, finance, legal, sales, procurement to successfully launch new service within timeline and manage current services as a product owner. Deliverables will include service descriptions, participation in the creation of sales documentation and, most importantly, ensuring that commercial and operational support tools such as the list of services sold are kept up to date and accurate with component, business case with financials.

Key relationships internally will be Sales and Marketing, Operations including Technical Architects, Service Managers and Project Managers, procurement, finance and legal.  Externally, customers, suppliers and solution partners are all key relationships to be maintained and developed.

Some travel is expected within this role: mostly in Europe and occasionally international.

Finance and Business Analyst

Cloud Services Product Manager

The Product Manager for Global Enterprise Cloud will manage the product creation and lifecycle management in close collaboration with Tokyo HQ and other regional affiliates to ensure to promote/ cover  European requirements to successfully roll it out for the EU market. Therefore product marketing (e.g. creating/ tweaking sales collateral/ backend tool/ process), and to formulate go to market strategy for Global Cloud would become a key duty for this role.

Systems Developer

NTT Europe is a global provider of ICT services. This role is working in the rapidly growing systems development group who develop, manage and maintain all aspects of the company’s operational support systems (OSS) within Europe.

 

The role covers all phases of the development lifecycle from working with users to define requirements though to implementation, testing, documentation and support. However the main focus is on development.

 

The OSS have been developed over the last nine years to manage the hosting systems and infrastructure within Europe. The development team is expanding rapidly as the scope and geographical footprint of the platform are being greatly increased to cover more global products.
