Junior Project Manager

Location: London
Employment basis: Fixed Term Contract

Description:
The role of Development Manager is responsible for the day-to-day development projects within the NTTE OSS group. The projects are varied; ranging from 1 day minor enhancements to multi month projects. Projects are developed using an iterative methodology.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the correct process is followed for all projects including the requirements capture, development, testing, documentation and deployment phases. You will work closely with department heads and project sponsors, in order to finalise design and provide an accurate forecast of delivery to the business.

UVS Customer Support Representative

Location: London
Employment basis: Permanent
Hours: Various (Usually 4 hours a week every 2 weeks working evenings, occasional weekends)

Developer - Perl/Python

Location: London
Employment basis: Fixed term contract (6 months initially)

The role combines a high level of general technical skills with those of an application developer. The role covers all aspects of development from working with users to define requirements though to implementation, testing, documentation and support. The Nexus system has been developed and used within Europe over the last eight years to manage the hosting systems and infrastructure within NTT. The development team has only been five people up to this point, but is expanding as the scope of the platform is being further increased.

Senior Customer Support Engineer

The role of the Senior Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing Third Line Support of NTT Europe’s ICT customers by telephone, email and online tickets.  The role requires excellent technical skills across a wide range of Internet technologies combined with a clear commitment to the provision of high quality Customer Support.  The role will include Third Line Support of Servers, Load-balancers, Firewalls, NAS (Network Attached Storage), Content Delivery and other devices; training will be provided where appropriate.  In addition, the role will also be responsible for the coaching of other technical staff to ensure that Support standards are adhered to.
