NTT Europe is an ISO27001and ISO20000 certified organisation, is PCI-DSS compliant as a service provider and is now working towards SOC2 compliance.
The Information Security Officer (ISO) reports to the Director, Information Security and Compliance.
The role of ISO combines knowledge and good experience of information security and compliance standards such as ISO27001 / SOC2 / PCI-DSS with effective communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
The ISO27001 focused role is responsible for supporting the ISO 27001 ISMS on a regional level. The role involves liaising with local management and Business Units, making sure that the ISMS requirements are locally implemented, monitored and continuously improved.
The role will also be involved with maintaining ISO20000 compliance and may be involved with PCI-DSS and ISO9001.
Staff within the team will work together and share knowledge such that there is complete coverage during absences.
The ISO will be involved in responding to Requests for Proposal (RfP) and participating in audits by existing and prospective customers as well as being involved in the general day to day work of the team.
The ISO will be involved as the IS&C department develops to become a more customer facing and responsive team supporting Operations and the other BUs as required.
As experience and skills develop, the role may share responsibility for other European locations, requiring some European travel.

This position is a part of an EMEA-wide team of nearly 25 solution design specialists. The primary responsibility of the Solution Consultant is to provide in country support to the local sales teams and their customers to maximise the bid win achievement as part of the solutions sales process.
The Solutions Consultant’s role operates as peers to the Sales Relationship Managers (New Business Development or Account Managers) and the Architecture teams (Technical Architecture, Service Design Architecture, and Service Delivery). Working as a pursuit team the Solution Consultant will, together with these teams, own the entire bid process from the initial qualification of the opportunity to closing the commercial negotiations at preferred bidder until the handover into the delivery stage.
This is not a purely technical role, it requires the ability to create and supervise the Service Design, Solution Architecture and Solution Cost and Risk Modelling and from this create a compelling written response. Approximately 30% of time is purely technically oriented at a Solution Architectural level with the balance of time being service design and bid management including advanced costs modelling where required.
