Microsoft’s SaaS Incubation Center Programme was launched in Europe in November 2006 in conjunction with NTT Europe, a founding member. The Programme is aimed at helping independent software vendors (ISVs) adopt the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
Business Development Sessions (BDS) delivered by NTT Europe, focus on key success factors for the company in adopting a SaaS model including competitive differentiation, the online customer experience and demand generation.
