Transfer Costs

NTT Europe does not charge for Transfers, In or Out, of any .uk ‘country code Top Level Domain’ (ccTLD) - e.g. example.co.uk.

When you Transfer In any ‘generic Top Level Domain’ (gTLD), e.g. example.com, an additional 1 years registration will be charged and the registration period will be extended accordingly. NTT Europe does not charge for the Transfer Out of any ‘generic Top Level Domain’ (gTLD).

In order to register or modify a domain name, please open a support ticket via the Customer Portal detailing the full nature of your request. 

NTT Europe’s Customer Support Center will aim to respond to such queries within 4 hours, 24x7.

If you wish to Transfer In a ccTLD, your existing host should change the ‘IPS Tag’ to ‘NTTEO-ENT’, and then open a support ticket via the Customer Portal.

If you wish to Transfer In a gTLD, please open a support ticket, via the Customer Portal, detailing the domain name and current Registrar.
